    I came here last weekend with my partner to purchase some office furniture, we had been the previous weekend and were pretty sure that we knew what we wanted. We were looking at the furniture making sure we had made the right decision when a lovely lady came over to ask if we needed help, we told her that we need to look for a little longer and continued to look at the furniture. When we had made our decision we looked for the lady but she was with someone else so we approached a very large gentleman and pointed out that we first wanted the desk and the book shelf next to it. He said 'yep, yep' grabbed the names of the pieces and started walking away at a brisk pace, I had to run after him as we still needed a chair to sit at our desk with. I told him which chair we wanted and he said 'yep' again and walked off toward the computer. He sat down and started putting our order together (or at least I think that's what was happening) when my partner received a phone call and said the gentleman he had to take it and would be back in a minute. The salesman asked me my partners name and he entered CRISS into the computer and then pointed at my partner and then pointed towards the front of the shop, did not tell me what was going on and raced again towards the front of the shop with my partner and I trying to keep up with him. My partner got off the phone and asked me what is going on and I genuinely could not answer his question, he wanted to work out a deal with the Sales person but that clearly wasn't happening. The salesman went to the front counter where all of the office girls were busy, leaning on the counter with his back to us. We were still unaware of what was going on. He then nodded his head at the lady who came over, as though she was to know exactly what to do next ;). He dumped us there without saying 'goodbye' or 'thank you' or 'Jane Doe here will run you through everything you need to know'. He just walked away. Luckily we were one of two people in the store and she saw our order on the computer, confirmed the name, told us our total price and handed over the eftpos machine for payment. At this point we had handed over close to $400 for new furniture and had no idea if the damn stuff had warranty. She directed us around to the back of the building to pick up the goods, we drove around while I educated myself on the warranty since no one else wanted to do so. Thankfully the warehouse staff were helpful and loaded the furniture into the car for us. I have never in my life been treated this way and will NEVER be returning to this store. I hope that the salesperson PAUL did not receive any commission from this sale, I feel as though he should have paid us. If you know exactly what you want, don't want a chance to haggle the price and have no care for warranty, then this is the store for you!
